Is this really it? I've heard of a Freud museum in Vienna or somewhere that's described as being in the setting of a house, although I wouldn't think his furniture to be quite so warm and comfy looking.

- Arjan: You are close :) This was indeed taken in the Freud Museum, in London. He lived in that house (now museum) the last year of his life after he fled the Nazi regime. This is the actual sofa on which all his patients would lay down.
